(shrimp reduction, cuttlefish, grilled royal prawns)

(crab sauce, asparagus, truffles)

(strawberries ice cream, brownie, hot pepper powder)

(truffles, selected lettuce with apple balsamic vinegar, pie with fruits, apricot aspic)

(wild boar, king oyster mushrooms, Grana Padano)
