Marinated king prawns
(cucumber mousse, lemon emulsion, arugula sponge, strawberries)

 

Creamy soup of baked garlic
(prawns in tempura, ginger bubbles)

 

Fillet of Slovenian trout
(wild garlic pesto, fried snails)

 

Hazelnut mousse
(caramel cream, coconut ice cream)

 

Special Lunch menus is served until 5pm


MEAT MENU

Manna chicken pate
(truffles, fruit brioches, smoked foal cheeks, herb butter, blueberries puree))

 

Creamy soup of baked garlic
(bread with lardo Iberico, ginger bubbles)

 

40 hours in vacuum cooked suckling pig cheeks
(sauce of baked apples and onions, Slovenian dumplings-žlikrofi, vegetables)

 

Strawberries ganache
(biscuit of lemon olive oil Jenko, ice cream with strawberries and white chocolate, strawberries, sesame cracker)
