During the Week of restaurants (period March 10th – March 19th 2017) we serve only selected meat and fish menu (the other dishes from our basic menu is unfortunately not available). Price for the menu is 17,00 EUR

FISH MENU

AMUSE BOUCHE
(spring cake, black chanterelles, porcini mushrooms)

MARINATED KING PRAWNS
(cucumber mousse, lemon emulsion, tomatoe sponge)

ST. JACOBS SCALLOPS WITH BLACK RISOTTO
(cuttlefish, wild garlic foam)

FILLET OF WILD SALMON
(pea puree, asparagus, horseradish sauce with dill, almonds)
